Russia fired roughly 29 ground-launched missiles at six Ukrainian power plants, with monitoring channels reporting that Ukrainian air defenses intercepted none of the incoming weapons. The barrage comprised about 17 Iskander-M and six KN-23 ballistic missiles alongside four Zircon hypersonic and two Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles. Four Zircon missiles hit the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Plant in Vinnytsia Oblast, while two Iskander-M strikes on the Kaniv Hydroelectric Power Plant forced emergency power outages across Cherkasy Oblast.
