The Khartiia Corps reported taking more than 30 Russian prisoners during a tactical insertion behind enemy lines in Kharkiv Oblast. During the operation, dubbed Operation Veles, Ukrainian troops navigated about 15 kilometers of underground gas pipelines to infiltrate the rear of Russian forces near Kupiansk and disrupt a threat to the city.
