President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that a series of nationwide airstrikes hit an energy facility near the Polish border and several sites in the capital on Monday. The raids killed at least 9 people and wounded more than 80 across Ukraine, representing an expansion of Russian targets beyond the urban centers of Kyiv, Zelenskyy said. In the capital, the attacks continued a pattern of daytime assaults targeting residential buildings, data centers and gas stations.
