President Donald Trump denied that Washington had stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine. “We are helping them and we are sharing intel,” he said. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha also confirmed that cooperation continued, attributing the delayed air raid alert during the Oct. 12 attack to the type of weapon Russia used.

Zelensky said Ukraine again received no warning from partners and detected the missiles only as they approached the capital.
