Medtronic plc (MDT) has announced the preliminary results of the exchange offer for the split-off of distributing shares of MiniMed Group, Inc. (MMED). MDT intends to accept 55,032,401 tendered shares from shareholders in exchange for 252,813,348 shares of MMED, representing an exchange ratio of approximately 4.5939 shares of MMED distributed for every 1 share of MDT tendered. As a result, MDT's weight in the index will be reduced, while MMED will be added according to the exchange ratio. The effective date of the adjustment will be is 2026-10-14.

Tilt Indices LLC announces a restatement of the 2026-10-06 closing levels of the Tilt 500, Tilt 200 and Tilt Select 100, in accordance with the Tilt Index Corrections and Restatements Policy.
The removal of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (WBD) following its acquisition by Paramount Skydance Corporation was processed one day late and at an incorrect price. WBD stopped trading after the close on 2026-10-05, so the adjustment should have been effective 2026-10-06, not 2026-10-07 as previously announced.
The restated levels reflect the corrected treatment. WBD was removed after the close on 2026-10-05 at its closing price of $30.95, in accordance with the Tilt Indices General Index Methodology & Calculation Manual. Teradyne, Inc. (TER) was added to the Tilt 200 and Illumina, Inc. (ILMN) to the Tilt Select 100 as replacement constituents, effective 2026-10-06. As previously announced, no replacement was made in the Tilt 500.
Restated 2026-10-06 closing levels:
Tilt 500: 3,423.24 (previously 3,422.08)
Tilt 200: 3,646.01 (previously 3,644.75)
Tilt Select 100: 5,519.67 (previously 5,515.22)
The 2026-10-07 opening levels have been recalculated from the restated closing levels. No other dates are affected. The Tilt US Energy Index and Tilt US Semiconductor Index did not hold WBD and are unaffected.

Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (WBD) is being acquired and merged into Paramount Skydance Corporation. Each share of WBD is being acquired for approximately $31.01666668 in cash. The transaction is expected to close on October 6, 2026 with the index adjustment taking place before opening on October 7, 2026.
Tilt 500: WBD will be removed and its weight redistributed pro-rata to remaining constituents. No constituent replacement is occurring as the Tilt 500 currently has over 500 constituents as a result of a previous spin-off addition adjustment.
Tilt 200: Teradyne, Inc. (TER) will be added as a replacement constituent, replacing WBD, effective 2026-10-07.
Tilt Select 100: Illumina, Inc. (ILMN) will be added as a replacement constituent, replacing WBD, effective 2026-10-07.

The merger is expected to close on Monday, August 17, 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions. Following the completion of the merger, the combined company will be renamed “Vivmark Residential,” with its common shares expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VMRK” beginning at the open of trading on August 18, 2026.
