Reconstitution Constituent Replacement: Tilt Select 100

Tilt Indices LLC is announcing the replacement of a constituent in the Tilt Select 100 Rebalance Proforma. CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) is replacing Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SPCX) in the upcoming reconstitution of the Tilt Select 100, effect after-close on 2026-09-18, because SPCX was recently added to the Tilt Select 100. Tilt Indices LLC announced the selection date results for the rebalance of Tilt Select 100 on 2026-09-11, which included the addition of three new constituents. The day prior, on 2026-09-10, Tilt Indices LLC also announced a constituent replacement affecting the Tilt Select 100 as a result of The Kraft Heinz Co. (KHC) transferring its listing of common shares to the New York Stock Exchange. SPCX was named as a new constituent in both the selection day announcement and the constituent replacement announcement. On 2026-09-14, SPCX was added to the Tilt Select 100 as part of the constituent replacement announced on 2026-09-10. As a result, CRWV is being added to the selection date list for the upcoming reconstitution of the Tilt Select 100
