Spin-Off: Corteva, Inc. (CTVA)

Tilt Indices LLC announces a spin-off adjustment affecting the index. Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) will be distributing one share of Vylor, Inc. for every one share of CTVA on October 1, 2026. Following the separation, Vylor, Inc. will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VYLR. This adjustment is made in accordance with the Tilt Indices General Index Methodology & Calculation Manual.
