Satellite imagery published by Radio Liberty on Oct. 12 confirms that the tank farm at the NZNP oil-loading terminal and Yug Rusi depot in Rostov-on-Don was burned down during a Ukrainian drone strike on Oct. 10. No undamaged fuel tanks remain at the facility, which handles between 2.5M and 3.5M tons of petroleum products annually, including fuel from the Novoshakhtinsk plant. The terminal was capable of mooring two vessels with deadweights of 3,000 to 5,000 tons simultaneously before the fire.
