Russian officials reported the interception of 17 Ukrainian drones on Oct. 18 during a wave of strikes across the Leningrad region. The assault targeted the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal, a major port facility where smoke and flames were observed, as well as a VK data center. Pulkovo Airport suspended all flight operations during the attack, and Russian air-defense fire was reported across the city.
