Rep. Haley Stevens issued a statement Saturday night saying she was “glad to see our senate nominee say he does not agree with the content of the vile Rebellion PAC ad which claimed Israel and Jews were to blame for the high costs of groceries.” Her remarks followed Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed telling reporters after a rally in Sterling Heights earlier Saturday that his campaign had no involvement in the Cenk Uygur-backed outside spot and that “I do not agree with the contents of that ad.”
