A series of strikes on rail depots and drone factories occurred across Ukraine during a wide-ranging missile and drone attack on Oct. 13. The Russian Ministry of Defence stated that its forces hit a dry cargo ship in the Buh River Estuary that was transporting military and dual-use equipment to the port of Mykolaiv. In Kyiv, Russia reported hitting a workshop for long-range missiles and drones and the Darnytsia Locomotive Depot, which it says is used to repair railway cars for military freight.
