A Ukrainian court ordered Valentyna Moloda held for 60 days without bail on charges of organizing mass riots that carry up to 15 years in prison after she arrived in an ambulance at a National Guard facility near Kyiv at the center of torture allegations. Authorities also detained Tatyana Kireeva, who asked Moloda to intervene, and a paramedic who accompanied her, while none of the personnel accused of beating detainees at the Petropavlivska Borshchahivka house has been arrested.
