The figures exclude data from 11 counties, including Franklin County, where the 18 to 29 age demographic made up only 7% of mail ballots and 3.5% of in-person votes on the second day. Although early voting in Franklin County favored Brown by 44 points, baby boomers and Generation X dominated the in-person count. Separate tallies from Miami County on Oct. 8 recorded 234 Republican and 122 Democratic votes.
