Competing accounts also emerged over a 14 year old boy whom Budanov escorted from the Petropavlivska Borshchahivka basement, with one report stating he had been in the building for an hour after climbing an adjacent wall to throw objects at police and falling into the compound, while other accounts alleged he was dragged over the fence during clashes and beaten with a shovel.
