The defence ministry in Kiev has tripled the production of long range drones this year to scale deep strike capabilities against industrial targets. Ukrainian Defense Forces disabled more than 51% of Russia's oil refining capacity through recent long range attacks, according to an assessment by the General Staff and the Ministry of Defence. Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara stated that the operations knocked out facilities in Moscow, Yaroslavl, Ust Luga, Perm, Ilsky, Saratov, and Syzran, as well as the KINEF plant in Kirishi.
