Russian forces have positioned aircraft and drones to target energy infrastructure across Kyiv, Dnipro and western regions including Lviv and Rivne. Ten Tu-95MS and three Tu-160M strategic bombers moved to Olenya Airbase for a combined strike tonight using Kh-101 cruise missiles and hundreds of Geran drones. Up to 40 ground-based missiles, including Zircon and Kn-23 ballistics, are also ready for deployment from bases in Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh and Rostov.
