Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party is debating whether to refuse to recognize the results of Israel’s Oct 27 election and has reiterated its demand for a full investigation into suspected foreign interference, Haaretz reported. The escalation follows Central Elections Committee Chairman Noam Sohlberg’s refusal to hold an emergency hearing or delay presenting the certified tally to President Isaac Herzog as scheduled on Nov 4.
