Enough Promises Ohio spent $1,581,354 to boost independent socialist Greg Levy in an effort to siphon votes from Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown. A new federal filing reveals the super PAC is entirely funded by Conservative Americans PAC, a primary GOP organization that specializes in operations to hurt Democratic candidates in various races.
The group utilized a vendor tied to Donald Trump’s MAGA Inc. network to execute its spending in the Ohio Senate race. Brown also faces opposition from the crypto super PAC Fairshake, which has spent $55 million in Ohio out of a total $113 million ad budget, while Republican candidate Jon Husted has recently advised voters who do not support him to stay home.
