Russian ballistic missiles and drones damaged an energy facility in Kyiv Oblast on Oct. 10, causing a total shutdown of the Ukrainian capital's electric public transport network. The outages paralyzed all three metro lines, as well as city trams and trolleybuses, and disrupted local water supplies. Falling debris from the attacks also damaged an office building and a 25 story residential tower in the Solomianskyi district.
