The program provides 5 billion tomans, or $20,000, to anyone who kills or captures a US soldier entering the country. This amount is doubled to 10 billion tomans, or $40,000, for women who carry out the action. The rewards apply whether the targeted soldier is captured dead or alive during a ground incursion.
