Russian military and fuel production facilities suffered a series of drone strikes on the night of Oct 9. The most prominent target was the Redkino Experimental Plant in the Tver region, which produces Decilin-M fuel components for Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles and additives for jet kerosene. Local reports and satellite indicators showed the attack caused multiple explosions and a fire at the site. This was the second strike on the Redkino facility in 2026 after a previous attack in February, and the plant has been under UK sanctions since September 2025.
