Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets reports that Kyiv and Moscow are finalizing a ceasefire and evacuation plan for up to 6,000 people in Oleshky and six neighboring areas, including 200 children. The UN and Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha estimate 1,700 people remain stranded in Oleshky, which Sybiha termed a "death trap" due to mined escape routes, drone patrols, and a total lack of hospital medicines.
