Prime Minister Kristen Michal said Estonia can close its border crossings immediately if a Russian general mobilization alters the current security threat assessment. Michal estimated that 30,000 to 40,000 Russian men are killed or wounded every month. Road checkpoints at Koidula, Luhamaa and Narva-1 currently operate on a limited schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
