Several suspects extradited from Latvia in September are currently in custody for an August 15 attack on a Tallinn defense plant. Prime Minister Kristen Michal announced the Security Police Department concluded that the arson at the Milrem Robotics facility, which develops THeMIS unmanned ground vehicles, was orchestrated by Russian intelligence services to decrease support for Ukraine.
