Iraqi exports averaged 2.7 million BPD in October while the Oman-Dubai physical crude differential fell to a three month low of about $4 a barrel from over $30 in mid-September. Refined product flows remain significantly below previous levels and shipment patterns have become more uneven. Between March and September, approximately 1.7138 billion barrels of crude were not shipped from the region due to the conflict, though crude exports are now at their highest since February.
