The joint venture, OKXICE, recently notified the Securities and Exchange Commission of its plan to offer tokenized shares of 63 NYSE listed companies. These digital securities are designed to include full shareholder benefits, such as dividends and voting rights, under a temporary exemption framework released by the SEC in September. The platform's actual launch is dependent on a 30 day window during which the involved issuers may opt out of the tokenization process.
