Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has rejected further dialogue, calling negotiations meaningless after Washington attacked Iran 3 times following previous talks. Pezeshkian alleged that IAEA inspections allow the US to identify nuclear sites for bombing and the assassination of scientists. Despite this rhetoric, deputy parliament speaker Hamid-Reza Haji Babaei indicated on October 4 that talks are still underway, managed by a 6 member committee under the Supreme National Security Council to ensure coordinated decision-making.
