Apart from the operational expansion, SpaceX has provisionally scheduled Starship Flight 15 for no earlier than Nov. 8, 2026, pending ground tests. SpaceX Requests FAA Increase Starbase Launches to 456 a Year

The Federal Aviation Administration has received a proposal from SpaceX to permit as many as 912 annual landings at the Starbase facility. This plan would increase the current limit of 25 yearly flights to as many as 456, a cadence the company believes is possible if both the booster and spacecraft stages are recovered and reflown. The FAA has begun its review of the request, although no approval has been granted yet.
