Russian authorities said they completed precautionary measures following the death of an Irkutsk Anti-Plague Institute worker after nearly 5,000 laboratory tests found no dangerous pathogens. About 200 people had been placed under medical observation after Darya Shipilova, 28, developed severe pneumonia and died Oct. 2. Neither plague nor an alleged laboratory exposure has been confirmed.
