A California based oil producer began operations in Venezuela's Delta and Cabimas blocks during the third quarter, reactivating more than 50 heavy crude wells. Pacific Coast Energy plans to double its current output in the country to 40,000 BPD within six months, the firm stated in an announcement on Wednesday.
