Vorcaro further alleged that he made clandestine payments of approximately R$ 30 million for a documentary about Lula, while noting that similar sponsorship for a film on Jair Bolsonaro was legitimate. He also claimed that pension funds for Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and Correios raised their investment limits for high-risk Master assets from 5% to 10% in exchange for 10% kickbacks. While the Prosecutor General's Office confirmed it received cooperation proposals, the Federal Police denied that Vorcaro provided testimony confirming cash transfers to the Lula Institute.
