New survey data indicates that Democratic candidates are currently ahead in several state legislative contests across Pennsylvania. A State Navigate poll of likely voters from Oct. 9 to Oct. 14 shows Democrats leading in eight of ten sampled races in districts that Donald Trump previously won. In Senate District 6, Democratic candidate Eileen Hartnett Albillar leads incumbent Frank Farry 49% to 46%, while Mark Pinsley leads Republican incumbent Jarrett Coleman by 3 percentage points in SD-16. Democratic candidates also hold leads in House districts 18, 41, 131, 142, 143, and 187.
