The latest deal involves Anduril, in which Donald Trump Jr.’s 1789 Capital holds a major stake. The defense technology company won a Navy contract worth up to $2.9 billion, with payments tied to production results, and is investing $3.7 billion in its Arsenal-2 facility at Sparrows Point, Maryland. The yard will manufacture components and large sections for Virginia-class nuclear attack submarines, with initial operations targeted for 2030.
A spokesperson for the Trump brothers denied wrongdoing, saying they do not participate in government procurement decisions. ABC’s analysis also identified Powerus, Vulcan Elements, Firehawk Aerospace, PsiQuantum, Hadrian and Foundation Future Industries among companies linked to the brothers that received Pentagon contracts.
