Counter Terrorism Policing took Latvian nationals into custody at RAF Molesworth in Cambridgeshire after they breached a perimeter fence early Thursday. The suspects, aged 32 and 36, were detained on suspicion of trespass and under the National Security Act for entering a prohibited place for a purpose prejudicial to the UK. Security patrols first discovered an abandoned vehicle near the base perimeter at 10pm Wednesday before the arrests occurred at 2am the following morning.
