The networking hardware maker provided a multiyear outlook that puts its future sales projections above the current targets set by Wall Street. Arista projected that its revenue will reach approximately $18.5B by 2027, which exceeds the $16.4B previously modeled by analysts, and updated its full year 2026 revenue guidance to $13.3B. This revised 2026 target, which represents 48% annual growth, marks the fourth time the company has raised its yearly forecast this year.
The projected growth is driven largely by the company’s AI fabrics segment, which management expects to grow to about $7B in 2027. CEO Jayshree Ullal said the company now has more than 100 Etherlink customers to support its networking push. Following the forecasts and the release of third quarter revenue of $3.66B, which rose 58.5% from a year earlier, Arista’s shares climbed as much as 18%.
