The Federal Bureau of Investigation is turning over files about Thomas Matthew Crooks in monthly batches of about 500 pages. Judicial Watch, which sued for the records, says this pace will take more than 12 years to disclose the full set of roughly 75,000 pages regarding the man who attempted to assassinate Donald Trump in July 2024. The agency's Tom Fitton called the slow release a cover-up, noting that the FBI also redacted the names of individuals in texts containing messages like "Hello red" and "Yolo."
