Manager Enzo Maresca said on Friday that the titles City have won since their Abu Dhabi takeover in 2008 are "absolutely not" tainted and expressed absolute faith that the club would win its appeal.
An independent commission found City guilty on 114 of 115 charges. The club used sham commercial contracts to inflate revenue and understate costs by more than £900 million between 2009 and 2018, the Premier League said. Sanctions have not been announced, with possible penalties including fines, points deductions and expulsion from the league.
