Rachel Conlan has been named Chief Strategy Officer and Jamal Raees as General Manager of Payments at the Solana Foundation. Conlan previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Binance, while Raees is a veteran executive from the Polygon network.

The hires are part of a strategic move to accelerate the network's efforts in tokenized finance. The foundation announced the additions to its leadership team on September 24 to expand the development of financial assets on the blockchain.
