The investment bank served as the sole structuring agent for $40B in chip financing for SpaceX and acted as co-lead for a $95B stock sale by Meta on Oct 26. Goldman Sachs also secured a primary role on the upcoming initial public offering for AI firm Anthropic, contributing to a series of AI-related mandates in a single day with a combined value of at least $210B.
The Anthropic IPO is expected to generate a fee pool of nearly $600 million for the banks, with Goldman and Morgan Stanley as the lead beneficiaries. The two firms previously held the same top positions for SpaceX’s $86.2B listing in June.
