Ampersand Raises $15M to Connect AI Agents to Enterprise Software

Bessemer led a financing round for Ampersand to launch the general availability of its integration platform for AI agents. The company raised $15M in a Series A, bringing total funding to $20M, to help AI tools navigate the custom fields, permissions, and workflows of systems like Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday. Ampersand currently provides this infrastructure for enterprise customers including Square, 11x, and Orb to prevent custom software deployments from requiring separate engineering projects.

The company is also releasing Andi, an AI integration agent, in beta after three years of development with its customer base. Ampersand will use the new capital to expand its coverage of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, build agentic integration infrastructure, and increase its number of forward-deployed experts.
