Applied Digital CEO Reaches 7.76% Ownership After $6.7M Insider Buy

CEO Wes Cummins and President Jason Zhang bought Applied Digital stock on the open market on Friday at prices of $18.04 and $18.86 per share. The combined purchase of $6.7 million increases Cummins' ownership stake in the company to 7.76% and brings Zhang's holding to approximately 1%.

The investment coincided with an update that construction on Delta Forge 1, a 300 MW AI campus in Louisiana, is now going vertical. Applied Digital shares rose 8.4% in premarket trading on Monday following the reports of insider buying and facility progress.
