Israeli citizens stranded in the United Arab Emirates are being repatriated via emergency flights after flydubai halted service to Tel Aviv following a terror attack on one of its planes this week. El Al is now deploying aircraft for these missions, returning to the city for the first time since Feb. 28, when it ceased all operations to Dubai because of the war on Iran.
