Ripple RLUSD Hits $2.5B Market Cap After XRPL's First Supply Lead

The XRP Ledger now accounts for 52.0% of RLUSD supply, surpassing the 48.0% held on Ethereum. This reallocation of liquidity onto Ripple's native settlement infrastructure first occurred in June and aligned with a steady increase in the stablecoin's overall market valuation.

The total market capitalization of RLUSD grew to more than $2.5 billion as of Oct. 6, up from $2.37 billion recorded in September. This expansion follows a transition of asset liquidity away from the Ethereum network toward the company's own blockchain.
