The first two upgraded epochs finalized on the Sepolia testnet following the 13:53 UTC activation of the Glamsterdam upgrade on Oct. 6, although several slots were missed during the transition. A subsequent block recorded a block gas limit of approximately 61.1 million, beginning a gradual ramp from the previous 60 million cap toward a target of 200 million.
