Kalshi Deal Survives

Kalshi and the faction that signed the agreement convince the court that the rival faction lacks authority or that the dispute is internal tribal governance rather than a basis to void the contract. This would not settle state gambling-law conflicts nationwide, but it would preserve Kalshi's tribal rollout.
