A group of global cryptocurrency exchanges, including BitMart and KuCoin, can no longer be accessed within South Korea due to new government mandates against unlicensed platforms. The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) directed the communications review authority to implement domestic website blocks for 27 overseas entities that failed to register as virtual asset service providers, including MEXC, Phemex, and BingX.
