The Advisory Group on Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence called on OpenAI to immediately release the natural language proofs and Lean formalizations behind its claimed four dimensional existence proofs for pure Yang-Mills theory, quantum chromodynamics and a unified completion of the Standard Model. While OpenAI published the files for its claimed Kakeya conjecture and Exponential Time Hypothesis results directly to GitHub, it withheld the physics materials and deferred their release to an external review group led by 2004 physics Nobel laureate David Gross alongside Michael Douglas,Igor Klebanov, Nikita Nekrasov and Clay Mathematics Institute co-founder Arthur Jaffe.
