Heidi Health Valuation Doubles to $900 Million on $340 Million Raise

Melbourne based startup Heidi Health closed a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird alongside $240 million in growth financing from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. The investment values the company at $900 million and provides capital to expand its footprint in the US, UK, and Australia, as well as enter Asia and the Middle East. CEO and co-founder Thomas Kelly said the funds will fuel the company's development of agentic AI tools.

The AI Care Partner platform automates clinical notes and provides evidence based reference tools and hardware for clinicians in 110 languages. Heidi reported annual recurring revenue of $50 million this year, with the platform supporting more than 175 million patient visits. Other participants in the funding round included Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments, and Headline.
