The benefits of the technology are not distributed evenly across the U.S. workforce. College graduates use AI regularly at work at a rate of 40%, more than double the 17% usage rate for those without a degree, while managers outpace individual contributors 37% to 25%. This divide extends to general employment conditions, as 52% of weekly AI users possess what the study classifies as a "quality job" compared to 32% of employees who never use the tools.
