IDF Video Shows Hamas Using Kamal Adwan Hospital as Base

The Israel Defense Forces published video evidence of armed militants conducting operations inside a healthcare facility in Jabalia, northern Gaza. The IDF stated that the Kamal Adwan Hospital functions as a medical clinic by day while Hamas uses the site and surrounding grounds to rebuild military capabilities and advance attacks, using patients and staff as cover.

The location has been linked to militant activity previously, most notably in December 2024. During that operation, the IDF discovered weapons and military equipment and detained more than 240 suspected Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives around the hospital site.
